JWH JTH makers mark

I am trying to identify this mark: JWH over JTH. Thank you
If there are British sterling hallmarks along with the mark JWH over JTH then it's Hukin & Heath. Pieces with this mark are said to have been designed by Christopher Dresser (1834-1904).
