Help with hallmark.

Is Dimitry Ilyich Tverskoy the maker, 1840? And who is the other maker on the other hallmark?

Tverskoy is the assay master (began 1837-) in that year. Now all you need is that maker.

Can also be referenced for searches as Tverskoi.

Yes the assayer is Dimitry Tverskoy 1837- 1850. However, searching for him is irrelevant. He is only an official. Searching tor the maker is more important. Unfortunately this maker АЛК. Latin ALK, is unknown to name but he had his workshop in St Petersburg 1832-1853.
