The Soviet oval hallmark with the androgyny's head tells us that your object is made in Moscow 1927-1954. Unfortunately the maker's mark is unknown to me. Never seen it before. Let's wait and see if somebody can come up with an answer.
BTW; what is it?

Thank you for that first hint! I have not seen the object myself, but my friend said the hallmarks are on a spoon.

The period is actually 1927-1958 because now we know it is a spoon weighting more than 10 grams

Hi,

Full maker name is "Московский Платиновый Завод" (Moscow Platinum Plant). Also you can meet punch - "МПЗ".
Factory occuped former factory of Khlebnikov in 1918. Mainly produced technical products from platinum.
Factory also produced household products from silver and melchior. Used the old equipment of Khlebnikov's factory.
Later it renamed "Завод "ПЛАТИНОПРИБОР" (Plant"Platinum Device").

@Dad
Nice doing Dad, thanks. Troepolskaja recognizes МПЗ (#19304), but not 3AB. What does it stand for. 3 for "Завод" but the rest. AB?

I don't understand ... What is "ЗАВ" ?

"ЗАВ." in punch is short "ЗАВОД"
