Yes we do, but it is not HTT but Cyrillic НТГ (Latin NTG). He is Nikolay Gubyanov in Moscow 1868-1883. The assayer BC is either Veniamin or Victor Savinsky. Actually it is rather strange that two different assayers could use the same initials at the same time. A far fetched explanation I have heard is that Veniamin was senior assayer and Victor junior, but still?
