Silver coin spoons hallmarked LO?

Wondering if anyone can identify the hallmarks on my
spoons made of old coins.
The hallmarks are almost identical but just a little different.
I was told they are solid silver but I put them on the silverplate
page since they don't say 925 or sterling.
