RV Spain Maker / Town Mark on 3 Large Platters

I have found three different Spanish silver platters, all quite large, and with the same maker or town mark. After a lot of research I have come up completely empty on identifying this Mark. It is a letter R with a dot and within a larger letter V in a hexagon. Two of these large platters even are marked with the same initials of MHB, likely the owner. Can anyone help me find this RV Spanish mark?
