UNKNOWN CONTINENTAL? MARKS

I bought these tea spoons at a market stall in Croatia and cannot find out any information on the maker or even what country the assay marks from.
Please help if you can.

Hi,
The maker is J.C.Klinkosch (Vienna).
``Helmet in oval`` and JCK mark above 800 are both for Josef Carl von Klinkosch.
D.Vasic (pronounced Vasich) was the retailer in Kingdom of Yugoslavia.
