A ladle

I acquired this ladle, for punch, I suppose.
It is made of silver but has no hallmarks, only the initials G W. Can anyone suggest some hypothesis on where and when this ladle was made?

The goldsmith is called:
Johann Georg Weinhart (Mentioned in the year 1791, died 1832).
He lived and worked in Bregenz (Austria)
