Estonian fork

I found this Estonian probably serving fork with gilded and engraved prongs. It has the Estonian lion passant 1924-40 and the 875 fineness marks. The maker's mark is MSB. Does anybody have clue of who it is. Cannot find him in my records. Thank you in advance.

have this maker in my listing but could not find a name. His mark shows also in Latvia/Riga up.
