Help With Unknown Mark. Riga?

I am having trouble identifying a mark.

I thought it looked vaguely like an early 19th century Riga mark, so maybe a Russian expert can dispel that theory?

Otherwise, all suggestions gratefully received!

It is not Riga but Dorpat. Maker Reinhold Eckert.
