Silversmith for Alsace (?), 1798-1809

Hi,
I would like to identify a silversmith, whose mark is "R" topped by something, in a lozenge.
The region may be south of Alsace (Colmar ?) : mark figuring a man with "7" and "9" on the sides.
Any help welcome !
