Worn Makers Mark Help ?

I've got a set of engraved silver bagpipes, and need a bit of help finding the maker from the worn makers mark. I'm hoping that it would be obvious to some one with the right index. This set is marked plainly as being from London in 1913... but the who did the work, any ideas?
Thanks
Jerry

Jerry,
It's hard to see form you picture; are the letters JB or JE or something else?

sorry... it's pretty much worn away. I had the guess of C, D or E .. frankly was hoping the date and place might narrow the options down a bit. I'll spend some time this weekend looking for a better example.
Thanks for looking.

There is a bagpipe maker called John Dunbar but not sure where he is based...could have had the silver assayed in London perhaps.
Best wishes, MIke.
