Help with Soviet Russian Marks

I have 2 tea glasses that I presume were made in Moscow, but I'm still lost as to the factory/maker or date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a "Soviet" object not Russian. Made in Артель "Художник" г. Москва 1958 (Artist Artel Moscow) in 875/1000 silver. I have no idea what the last picture means. It is too blurry.

Yea, that picture turned out badly. Under magnification it looks like "OTK".

I believe that artel "Artist" was enterprise of Kubachi. Then this enterprise began to be called "Kubachi Art Combine".
Products of the Kubachi masters were punching by Moscow assay office.
