Just a "Soviet" object not Russian. Made in Артель "Художник" г. Москва 1958 (Artist Artel Moscow) in 875/1000 silver. I have no idea what the last picture means. It is too blurry.

Yea, that picture turned out badly. Under magnification it looks like "OTK".

Products of the Kubachi masters were punching by Moscow assay office.
