Please help identify the marks on the photo. Is it German, Polish? Who might be the maker? Thank you!

The origin of your object is Austria. For a short period 1921(22)-1925 Austria used an export mark like this winged Mercury cap (the upper mark). The lowest mark, the girl with number 3 is a Polish import mark for silver in the fineness of 800/1000 and used 1920-1963. Hereby we can decide the year of manufacturing. It is between 1921 and 1925. Unfortunately I don't know the Austrian maker HS. It think that question will bee soon answered by Krisztián....at least I hope so ;-)))

Dear Sebastian!
The maker is most likely Hermann Südfeld, but as I know, his working period was bitween 1883-1916. I don't know, later someone used his maker mark?
If you look for his name in the internet, you will find his mark too, it's the same.

Thank you both for your replies! Maybe the object was made in 1916, but was exported later between 1921 and 1925.
