I'm wondering if anyone would please be kind enough to help me identify these hallmarks?
It's on a spoon. I'm not sure which country it's from however.

The item would date between 1944 and around 1971. See: http://www.925-1000.com/Fitalian_marks_01.html
The '1 BS' is the official Italian registration mark, Petruzzi & Branca were the first silversmiths to register in the province of Brescia following the legal requirement of all those working in precious metals to be recorded.
The 'Crown' mark is the trade mark of Petruzzi & Branca, and the '800' indicates the standard of silver, 800/1000.
It's always good to see images of the whole item, someone may recognise the style of the piece and provide more information.
