Silver spoons - unidentified mark

Hello all!

I have this salt spoon which is gold plated but unsure whether it is silver or not. Can someone identify that mark? Only this mark is present on the spoon... Thank you!

looks like a pseudomark - probably Dutch

This mark is very similar to mark of Dutch silversmith Rinze Jans Spaanstra. See here
