Russia, Estonia silver mark on spoon

Do someone recognize these marks? Should be silver but not sure as I cannot even figure out the country of origin.

Imperial Russian assaying mark (shovel mark) for silver 875/1000 (84 zolotnik) from 1899-1908. AP is most likely assayer Aleksandr Romanov in St Petersburg 1904-1912 or a narrow but unlike possibility of the town being Warzawa 1899-1904. The maker AA is unknown to me.

Perhaps the maker is Андрей Михайлович Артамонов (Andrey Michaylovich Artamonov) from St.Peterburg.
