Hallmark on a spoon

Hi, I'm looking for help with this silver spoon. It's not plated an has two tiny hallmarks. The one seems to be a kokoshnik looking at something like an 8 or 3. The other stamp I don't even know if it's upside down. Any idea is welcome.

Hi Betti -
your spoon was made by the Polish silversmith P. Latkowski in Warszaw - as you might know Poland was at a certain time under Russian rule (History!). This is the reason of the Kokoshnik mark - left from the head is the number 84 = 84 Zolotniki, the Russian legal silver content (875/1000).

Perhaps my eyesight is failing, but I do not see a kokoshnik mark but rather the post-1920 Polish national mark for 3rd standard (.800) silver:

Thank you guys, that makes sense. I took the number for an 8, but it may very well be a 3. The hallmark is so tiny, I couldn't get a better pic of it.

It's anyway Pyotr Latkovsky. But. In independent Poland. ))
