unknown marks, crowned Maltese cross, dolphin in circle?

Can anybody help identify these mystery marks on a fork?

Hi,

It's Italian. The first mark is the town mark of Genova, the centre mark is the Cross of Saints Maurice & Lazarus used 1824-1873 by the Kingdom of Piedmont & Sardinia. It denotes the second standard of 800/1000 silver. The other mark will be the maker, but that is unknown to me.
