Scandinavian candelabra: any idea of date

Hi, can any one help identify the date on a pair of candelabra's that I have. marks are 830, lion, three crowns and an S in an octagon, i can't find any more marks. appreciated. Gary

I don''t suppose there is any way to date it. When I bought them I was told 1925 but I'm not so sure. Gary
