French Letter Opener identification
Help identify French letter opener with caduceus handle. thank you!

Hi to you!
Find bellow what I cand recognize from the bottom to the top:
- "Poinçon de titre": "Vieillard" hallmark (1819-1938) for 950/1000 sterling silver
- "Poinçon de garantie": don't know the name, but hallmark froml Paris used for middle size items
- Can not identify the last one... Other better pics could be useful ;-)
