Help dating spanish silver piece and maker

hi,i was wondering if someone may be able to help me date this piece and possibly identify the maker.im presuming its after 1934 due to the pentagram in the oval, though its not a solid pentagram as indicated on the foreign marks page of this site, i dont know if that has a bearing or not. the makers stamp is difficult to discern ,it looks like a bird,but hopefully someone will be able to help.
