Bonsoir a tous,
quelqu'un peut m'aider à identifier orfèvre belge qui a fait la burette dont je joins des photos.
La lettre d'identification de la ville qui est dans le casque n'est pas déchiffrable.
Merci à tous,
Guido

Hi Guido, please put your question in English, like we all have to do!
Thank you very much.
Google translate is a very helpful tool:
Good evening all,
Can someone help me identify Belgian goldsmith who made the burette which I enclose pictures.
The identification of the city that is in the helmet letter is not readable.
Thank you all,
Guido

The "L" mark below a leaf is that of the maker Émile Lambelin (1827-1903), a goldsmith and jeweler working in Mons. The other mark - "H" with a thistle - is that of the assayer François Huclin (1793-1849), who worked at the Mons assay office 1833-1849. (In Belgium at this time, the assayer's mark was struck only on pieces assayed by cupellation before they were assembled by the silversmith; items tested by touch-needle or after their completion will not carry an assayer's mark.)
Hope this helps!
