You are more likely to receive a response if you include a picture of the spoon, front and back. Nuremberg mark is commonly faked.

Hi Francais,

Ok, but I can send another photos only this week-end, this is in my parents home.

What can be these hallmarks, any idea ?

Best regards
Francais

The problem is I don't immediately recognize the marks. The N could be Nurenberg or it could be a fake.
The maker's mark IR is not listed on Theo's site, the best place to find German marks quickly. The other mark looks like a fantasy mark to me. So while I am willing to take some time to help, I wouldn't want to do so if the piece is obviously not old. So I would have to see the pictures first. They would tell me things like whether or not there is an assay mark, or if the engraving is the right style for an old piece.
Of course someone else might recognize the marks, but even so it is better to show the piece.
