Hi - I am not able to take photos for the question that I have and frankly, I am not even sure if it American silver or not. We inherited a lot of different silver from my grandmother and one is a serving spoon with the following items engraved on the back:
1. A crown w/ two round balls on the top and a little thing in the middle of the crown. The bottom of the crown has two lines in it.
2. Next to the crown is a half moon facing to the right.
3. Then there is the number 800
4. Then there is a 6 pointed star with what looks like an "a" in the middle.
