Hello! Could anyone help me with these marks?
Sorry for poor photo quality but it's the only one I have.

Hello!
The mark in the right side is the official hallmark for 15 lot (937,5) fine silver in Teschen (Austro-Hungarian empire, Kingdom of Bohemia) Today Poland, Cieszyn.
I don't know the mark in the middle, but a sharper image can help. A little bit reminds me the coat of arms of the duchy of Teschen, but I'm unsure.
I think, the mark in the left is the maker's mark. I have a guess, I. Lezansky, but I don't know his biographical datas, just that he lived in this city at the 2nd half of the century, and his monogram fit. Maybe someone know more, or a modification.
Can you show us an image about the all item too?
Best regards!

Hello again!
I find the solution to your question.
The maker of your item is Ignacy Lepszy. And both mark, (in the left and in the middle) is his maker marks.
If you see the mark in the middle, there is an I and an L in the mark.
Best regards!

Hello Krisztian! Thanks very much for your help, I'm really astonished with your knowledge. The item itself is a silver church dish, probably for storing holy wafers. It was made to imitate old XVI/XVII century silverware.
Best regards,
Piotr
