I would say Vienna after WWI; not always fully marked for export, unless stamped with ``Austria``. The chalice (goblet) is maker’s mark for sure. I have the same standard 935 on Vienna guilloché enamel, and almost all Vienna Guilloché is 935 standard, not very common standard. I think it has something to do with higher silver content needed for even heating process with enameling in this technique, although .900 on some pieces, too.
