Poland - Makers Mark ?

Postby Dendriet » Wed Sep 26, 2012 7:23 am

Hopefully I get an answer.

I had no idea what was offered to me, apparently something from Poland
I also thought it was much older, Rococo or Neo-Rococo.
Head 3 is the letter K of Krakow.
Inside it’s gilded
The weight is 539 grams.

The question is: Perhaps can anyone tell me something more about the Makers Mark?

Is it possible for someone to tell me something about this maker's mark ?

I'm a collector, and I have never ever sold anything of my collection. ;))

The question has been solved by me.

The Maker's Mark is upside down.
It is not SM but WS of the silversmith Władysław Sadcza from Krakow.
Manufactured after 1963.

An equivalent is listed on the site Ostoya.pl
There are some variations in details, but also in size and weight.
The price is disappointing, it is Poland ;)))

Thanks for your cooperation.
