some silver marks help please

Could anyone help define these silver stamps please.

Hi,
The first mark is the French Minerva mark for a silver fineness of .950. This punch was introduced in 1838.
The second mark is the maker's mark. I cannot define the name because the mark is not clear enough.

Thank you very much I did think when I first got the seal, it was the head of Minerve but then started having doubts.
I am hoping I have captured the other stamp a little better and the right way this time. It looks to me like a golder? next to a circle.
