I am having difficulty reading much less photographing the marks on the back of small serving spoon (It measures 5 inches long total, has a shallow bowl part about 2 1/2 inches wide and 2 inches long) supposedly belonging to the first President Adams which would date it in the 1700's.
The mark looks like E219
under that is has Sterling
and it also has the number 411 apart from that
