Top to bottom:

St. Hallvard = city mark of Christiania (now Oslo), Norway
C = mark of H. Clausen, assay warden 1824-1846
AK = maker’s mark of Ahasverus Kaas (1781-1859), Master 1807
1826 = year of assay
?? = can’t make this out, but should be the month mark or fineness.

Here's some genealogical information on the maker, Ahasverus Kaas (also called Ahasverus Munthe-Kaas.

How about a photo of the spoon?

Ref: Jorunn Fossberg, Norse Sølvstempler (Oslo: Universitetsforlaget, 1994), pp. 57-58 & 105-106, marks 585, & 645, 658. (Wish I could afford the newer 2003 edition!)

if you turn the last mark to the right - 90 degrees
I think I see an M - on top of that should be a number - the number I cannot see. But try you might be able to.

The last mark looks to me as Libra 23.9-22.10
