J.Bs silversmith mark - who is it?

I have a beautiful silver bracelet which has 1884 Birmingham marks and the J.Bs mark. I have looked everywhere for this silversmith but cannot find him. Does anyone have any information on who this silversmith is?

The only JB l have found in Birmingham is Joseph Bettridge, l have two marks for him, one in an oval the other in a oblong, the only detail l have is "2nd 1/4 19th century small work"
