Your object is not Russian but Soviet made. The difference is more than big, it is enormous. Anyway, it is made in 1959 in the Soviet republic of Estonia's capital Tallinn. The company's name is Juvelirnaja Fabrika Tallinn i.e. Jewellery Factory in Tallinn. It is in silver in the fineness of 875/1000. Kindly show a picture of the whole object.

Thank you. It is a nice typical (Russian)/Soviet vodka cup called RJUMKA.
