Forks with ID marks on the front

Hi there. Trying to come up with a maker for a pair of forks I have. There are three tiny marks on the front of the fork, directly below the tines, one that says "800," another with a capital L inside a hexogram, and a third that I cannot make out. I tried to photograph the marks themselves but the writing is far too small for the camera to pick up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Without a good photo of the marks there is nothing to tell.
