Danish or Norwegian silver egg cup

I have a silver egg cup with a inscription in Danish which I translated "from Grandfather"

But no luck on finding the maker or if it is Danish or Norwegian, it is probably Danish due to the Danish inscription.

Marks are 830S and what looks like EEW (the W is not in line with the EE)

Forgot to add, the rest of the inscrption has a date 19-2-22 probably for 1922
