Need help identifying this Bon Bon Dish Very Ornate.

This piece my great grand mother got most likely in Germany or Italy in the late 50's or sometime in the 60's. It is mark Sterling in two place on the back. But no trademark. on either of them I have two. I have gone over them many times with a magnifying glass. Any idea would be great.
