Silver Spoon

Hi,
I got two spoons, 16,5 cm long, with the three hallmarks.
1. -Austria 1872 - 1922, vienna, 800
2. -double headed eagle with ( three crowns?)
3. - hand?
So it must have been signed confom with the austria laws but from where are the other two hallmarks, I even di not find any explanation in : Lan,Schmidt, strahalm, Silver from the Austro-Hugarian Monarchy, Vienna 1987
