Dutch caddy spoon, stuck on makers mark

I came across a caddy spoon the other week, found Dutch silver marks, but I am stuck on the makers mark, which seems to be LM3

The town assay mark is for Schoonhoven.



I would appreciate any help in identifying the maker of this spoon, thank you.
