Who are the makers of these items?

Can anyone help me find out who the makers of these two silver items are?

The one mark I can see is a workshop in Trondheim, Norway called "Kunst og Metallindustri" estab 1918 and still in work.
It is P and S - Paul Skarsten - name of the first owner.
