unknown anchor-marks on north german spoons

Postby R ingo » Thu Oct 01, 2009 9:04 am

Hello,
knows someone these Anchor marks?
The Möller-, Cordes- and F.E.- marks are on typical spoons of Schleswig-Holstein, northern germany, end of the 19. century. I think, the anchor is most likely a company logo.
About the Hagelstein-spoon I have no informations.
Knows someone, where these spoons was made?

Kind regards,
Ringo

Hello Postnikov, thank You very much.
It is really the same mark on Your Photo and the Hagelstein-spoon. I have not seen the "R&S" (I believed, it is the rope from the anchor, but it is R&S).

Thanks and kind regards,
Ringo

Hello, the anchor without any letters is the mark of A. G. Haegermann from Peine. Possibly related to Haegermann from Burgdorf ? Best wishes, Bahner
