Here are a little better pictures. Additionally, I have found austro-hungarian import mark for Lwow (Lemberg).

Hello, the mark on the left hand side would be the maker. No clue, though. The mark in the middle looks like the tax mark used 1806/07 on objects made before 1806. The shape of the mark indicates an object of medium weight. The mark probably contains two letters, the first should be "C". The second would be that of the assay office. If this object was assayed in Lwow, the letter should be "D". Best wishes, Bahner

Forgot to mention that it is a tax mark of the austro-hungarian empire. B.

Thanks Bahner! Do you happen to know the standard length of the tax mark? I don't have any other objects with this duty mark to compare. The one on the picture is about 3.25mm in length. If this is the length of the marks then we narrowed down the search by a bit.
I don't have any good reference for Lwow hallmarks to search for maker. Any ideas where should I look?
Thanks!

Here is an image of the entire item. Maybe this will help in gathering more information.
