antique silver candlestick holders with Polish hallmark

My grandparents brought these candlestick holders with them from Ukraine in 1923. I just inherited them. I can make out the hallmark which is a "3" to the left of a head, then a letter which I can't quite make out. I think these are from Poland, and the "3" refers to the .800 purity. but next to that hallmark are the letters "FiK" (or maybe "PiK") Any thoughts on what silversmith those might belong to?
