French maker's mark ? ID

Please help me with a mark on a set of salt cellars. The lozenge has what
I believe to be an ?anvil with the letters P.C&C above. Other markings include a minerva and an insect. Thanks

his workshop was at 75 Malesherbes Blvd, Paris
his mark was assigned April 12, 1892 and was withdrawn (deleted) July 20, 1911
