Hello, the crossed sword and key is the city mark of Striegau in the Silesia region of what used to be Germany. Maker IAL is documented there ca. 1872 - 1884. It is believed that this was a branch of Breslau based maker Lemor. Best wishes, Bahner

Striegau sword and key

This mark is Striegau. Theodor Lemor produced flatware from ca. 1865-ca. 1872 for Glatz, from ca. 1872 - ca. 1878 for Gleiwitz, from ca. 1879-ca. 1881 for Striegau. From 1881 Julius Lemor, sun of Theodor, continued production for Striegau untill summer 1887.
