need help with old siler mark

I found this mark on the old tea pot. Most likely XVIII century piece. Any help?

Hi,

The crowned lion and the crowned spade with 4 stars indicate that this item is Dutch, made in Haarlem in 18C. The date letter (A or R or H ?) would indicate the year and the fourth mark the maker, but I have no precise documentation to help on them.
