Who are P&RB?

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on who P&RB are?, I say this due to the fact i have a ring in which these intials are stamped.

This ring also includes the lion and an anchor.

Please help, thankyou!

A lion and an anchor MAY indicate that your piece is English Sterling Silver assayed in Birmingham.
