IS or JS c. 1800 Spoons - what maker?

Set of spoons, etched handle, chased bowl, made separately and joined, 5.5 inches each, tear-shaped bowl, marked "IS" or "JS" in recessed rectangle. possibly Massachusetts, c. 1800.
