Sterling Bowl Need Help Identifying

[SS221]

I have a large sterling bowl that is just stamped
"Sterling" and R102. Does anyone know the maker?

Hello SS221-

The R102 sounds like a catalog or registration number of some sort. I dont understand why it wouldnt be marked with the makers mark, being Sterling. Seems weird to me. Can you give it another once over, maybe with a magnifying glass even. If it has patterns to it, look in there also, it may be in hidden sight.
