I know I've seen this Mark Before, I think it's German?

I've seen this mark before, I looked through all my books on old Silver and came up empty. I think it the horse with a helmet on.
Not sure it's sort of faded away. Any help on the ID of maker would be great.

Hello. Looks to me like the Simpson, Hall, Miller & Co./International Silver mark.
