Silver Humidor...

Postby aasu03 » Mon Jul 02, 2007 7:42 pm

I have a silver cigar humidor very ornately designed. Dimensions are about 12"x5"x4". On the bottom there is only, that I can see, a hatchet or axe and the number 1509. Any information or suggestion is appreciated. I did review the French Hallmark diagram and saw the association with 1789-1809 but I don't really know what that applies to. Thanks.

Without any other marks it's unlikely that it's French.
